Bert and his crew are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My wife and I have been taking out cars there for many years and will never consider going anywhere else as they also stand behind their work 100%.
Our 2018 C300 is showing her age, but thanks to Burt and his crew she is still running beautifully. Our repairs to the manifold were completed in about 24 hours and we thank the German Auto Center team for taking care of us one more time.

Best repair shop!
I have been going here for many years. Very reasonably , honest, they only fix what is needed. Great work I would never take my 1977 450SL (baby) any where else! Every one that works there is so friendly and knowledgeable.
My 2001 SLK is aging, but still looks good and drives great. Especially since German Auto Center took care of the convertible hard top operation. The job was well planned and conducted to include the addition of completion of a front end alignment and a Discount Tire installation of 4 new tires. The job took a while, but it had to be done right the first time and it is. Thanks you guys for getting my car back to me ready to go from the pickup.

Great customer service
I was sent to German Auto Center by Discount Tire because of a stripped lug nut. GAC accommodated me without an appointment and fixed my problem in a timely manner. Very Professional.
The team at GAC is very professional and they know how to get to the bottom of any tricky repair and advise you on what your car needs. They take care of my Q7 all around and keep it running very well. Bert is a very honest, upfront and helpful lead man, along with great technicians and office staff. I am very pleased to have a place I can trust to repair my German automobile. The final receipt paper work is very detailed and keeps track of all your repairs logged into their system so you can track costs and future repairs. Thanks to all at German Auto Center!

Always reliable and honest
Nothing but great experiences. Substantially less than the dealership on every service, great customer service and they're extremely honest about what you do and don't need (including telling you the dealer is recommending things that aren't actually needed yet).
