Terry is amazing. Always goes above and beyond and is just such a nice person!!! I only will take my car in if Terry is my service advisor.
Honestly, Terry is so amazing at what he does, that if he ever moved to a different auto brand, I seriously would consider changing my car out so that he would still be my service advisor. I've had the experience of dealing with a few other car brands across the spectrum and no one compares to Terry! He must be Genesis' number one employee across the nation. He's not only extremely effective, thorough and fast..but he is also genuinely a good-natured person. 10/10 for Terry!
