Suffering a breakdown.
My windshield wiper motor failed while on a trip to Columbus. Sadly one only discovers this once it has started raining. Genesis of Dublin did a great job of replacing the wiper motor assembly under warranty. They supplied a loaner car for me while they waited for the replacement. The whole experience could not have gone better.

Get a vehicle from Dublin or Morse Rd - if for no other reason than to be able to get the excellent service and courtesies when the time comes to have service

My first encounter was not good, but the service area has made up for it since buying the car
My first experience was the sales was not good as I was told that things were taking care of on the car and they were not. In getting my car up to par things started slow with service. But my last couple of visits have been excellent. I now fully able to enjoy my car.

Very Disappointed
I bought a used certified Genesis, thinking it was a like new car, I was completely wrong. Car had bad tires on it and other mechanical issues. What's the point of being certified and 191 point inspection if the car has a bunch of problems. I have owned the car 3 weeks and the service has had it 2 week. I appreciate that they are fixing my car but being that they have had it 5 days and have not done the first thing to fix it irritates me a lot. I've had the car in my possession for about 3-4 days and drove it since I have owned it 3x. The rest of the driving has been to service. I was gone for a week and was not around the car to drive for the week that it was in my possession. Not a good start to a very expensive vehicle and the Genesis brand

Oil change service package well performed
Work was done professionally.
All work done was explained (oil, oil filter, air filter, tire rotation).
Genesis valet service worked out smoothly like always.
Car was handed back washed and clean.
