Jessica at Genesis of Downtown Birmingham was by far the best salesperson out of three dealerships that we spoke to. We talked with someone for a week out of North Carolina, Hoover, and Oklahoma. None of them provided customer service the way Jessica did.

Not what I expected for a Genesis Dealership. They do try and work with everyone.
This dealership will work with everyone. The knowledge and facility is not what I had expected for a Genesis dealership. I must say that the team is trying to move as many units as available.

Great place to by a vehicle
Staff is friendly and helpful. Do not try to force a lot of unnecessary add ons to the vehicle. You can decline any add ons if you like and they are clearly identified on the vehicle.

Nice salesperson (Brian Rayford).
I was already fully aware of vehicle specifications and participating in Circle program so financing and price were not an issue. However, we did not talk about service department, warranty, or how to use complimentary 3 yr routine maintenance. Perhaps because I don't live within 50 miles of a Genesis dealership. Also had to pick up vehicle or pay around $500 for home delivery.
