Sad deal and the amount I got for my 2023 GV 80 was sad and pitiful
No need to write a book. I absolutely don't like poor experience. When I'm a top buyer. Time to.go some were else. They definitely don't tell u what is hide . I hate liars and don't. Care to do business.

Misrepresented Loaner Car/ Drop Off Pick Up Service
My name is Kenya Sentino and I purchased my GV70 June of 2022! While purchasing my car Genesis/ Convington Dealership promised me either a car to drive back (loaner) or drop off/ pick up service.
The time has arrived for this service 8/17/22. When purchasing my car upon arrival the plastic on the trim melted on all the silver trim parts leaving the trim a mess. My salesperson Press order new door trims. I spoke with Stacey over the phone who confirmed 3 trims parts arrived and the 4th was on back order. I advised the trim was only needed for 3 doors and this is why Press ordered 3. It was only when I received a postcard in the mail my license plate was ready I went to the service desk to ask again about the trim.
My issue is selling the consumer a narrative of having a loaner car or getting dropped off/ picked up for service if no loaner is available. No one wants to wait 2-4 hours in a dealership. I live well within the 50 mile radius for the concierge service Genesis promises and the car dealership. It’s unbelievable the BS they will tell you.
I had another awesome experience with Genesis of Covington. The staff is awesome and friendly. My salesman didn’t beat around the bush, he was honest and upfront. He knew his product, front to back. He took the time to demonstrate almost every feature available on my car and made sure I understood how they worked. I am again satisfied with the services provided by the dealership.
Originally searching for this new model. Archie the sales rep followed up every step of the way through the process until one cane into the dealership.

I was greeted before I was even able to get out of my car which was super impressive! All salesman was friendly. Preston was the best and a Genesis expert! Buddy was the manager and was really easy to deal with along with his super friendly attitude! I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know!
Very professional, but still fun environment. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle, like at other dealerships!! They worked with me on price, showed me all of my options in my price range - which staying in my price range was very important to me. Everyone was very nice, informative and knowledgeable. Plus, the dealership was KID FRIENDLY. I had my 5 year old son with me the whole experience. Staff interacted with my son, played games with him and involved him in looking for our new vehicle.
We bought a G80 from Genesis of Covington for cash. We flew in from Texas because this was the closet dealership that had car/color/motor size we were loo for. The experience went very well until we got back home and now we are having an issue getting the title for the vehicle. The dealerships title clerk is not returning emails or phone calls from the sales manager of the dealership. This vehicle is supposed to compete with BMW, Mercedes, and Audi but the level of service is not there yet.
