Very satisfied
Hello, for the second time I have had to have work done at Gateway automotive. I sent my daughter there with her car. She had to have the oil pan changed because Midas did an oil change and stripped the oil pan plug. So i sent her to Gateway and they changed the oil pan and did the front brakes while it was there. I am very satisfied with the work and price. They really treat us like they have known us for a long time. I highly recommend Gateway automotive. Sincerely John Harsche

Sun Visor Replaced
This was not an easy task. Tabitha had to track down the part since our Honda car is an older model. However, she did it, and the service was accomplished in a timely fashion. I'm grateful for Gateway. They always take good care of our family.

I did not rate it 5 because of a mixup in ordering a part. I 'm impressed that the garage is owned by women and women do the mechanic's work. They are sharp, on the ball and well trained

The quality of service was very poor I paid 60.00 for what was supposed to be a 40.00 oil change got overcharged for oil never heard a vehicle using 6.4 quarts of oil but ok , but it wasn't the 60.00 it was hidden cost never heard a shop charging for air or inspection on a oil change drove 20 miles to give yall a shot but want be coming back not a satisfied customer.

Reco, I am sorry you feel like  you were taken advantage of but you were not charged for air or an inspection charge on your ticket also, please look at your owners manual, your car does take 6.4 quarts of oil.  Any shop charges you for any extra oil over 5 quarts on any special and as far as I know, sales tax has to be paid on everything.  The only extra charge you had on your ticket was supply charges and sales tax.  Sorry you misinterpreted your ticket.

Saved the Day!
Gateway saved the day today. Got to work, and my tire went flat. Gateway picked up my truck, fixed my tire, and addressed an issue with another tire that I wasn’t even aware of, then brought my truck back to my work place. I would definitely use them again.
