Quick repair before a long trip.
Stopped in on a recommendation as I needed my car looked at before driving halfway across the country. Service was excellent. Made a couple suggestions, got me all squared away in great time, and cost less than I was expecting. Absolutely would recommend.

Good to have a mechanic you can trust
My daughter brought her car to NTB due to air loss in her tire. After that was replaced she started hearing a weird noise. She brought her car back to NTB and they told her that her back brakes needed to be replaced at a cost of $500+. This has happened a couple of times at NTB. She brings her car in for one thing and within a few days there’s something else supposedly wrong. It just felt fishy!
Jon was recommended so I gave him a call. We set up a time to bring the car in (and he let me drop it off the day before because that was more convenient for me). He checked over everything and told me NO the back brakes were fine! He saved us hundreds of dollars! We will continue to go to him even though it’s not super convenient because having a mechanic you can trust is a big deal!

2017 Chev Tahoe Premier Rear Brakes issue
Freedom Auto (Owner/Jon) is hands down the best in the region. Personal attention to every detail. I usually work on my own vehicles but I just don’t have the time anymore so his shop is my go to for all my vehicles. Parts and Labor costs was half from what I was quoted from the local stealerships. I trust no one else!

Honest, very affordable and quick to get you back on the road!!!
I love this shop and the wonderful people that own it! I’ve had my jeep my fiancés truck and his dads truck all have been worked on by Jon and his crew. I wouldn’t ever take my vehicles to any other shop. Honesty is what everyone is looking for at the end of the day right? Well this is the place to go!!!!! I trust him with all my vehicles. He doesn’t charge you for stuff that you don’t need just to make money off of you. Quickly gets you back on the road. If you need a honest and affordable mechanic this is the one!!!!!

Jon and his team are great. Not only are they honest but they make sure to keep you updated on any changes or surprises that come up. Jon continues to work on my vehicle for my company and I haven't had any issues at all. I will continue to go to Freedom so long as the availability is open.

Few if any Better
Jon's able to diagnose and fix issues other shops just throw parts at. More than reasonable cost for repairs plus he warranties his work like no other repair shop.

Needed my wife car serviced, I used to work for auto zone part time and delivered parts here , so after getting my wife to agree that we need to keep up with our cars she was ok with it, when you spent 40 gran on a car it’s your baby even though the car is a 2011 Camaro ss , it needs to be loved , so being said this auto repair shop is fantastic! Great price and family friendly! I will recommend him to anyone! Thanks

Great service and prices
Hard to find a good mechanic these days. The pricing here is very fair. Jon was a great communicator and the work was finished even sooner than he initially told me it would be which was great to hear. Will be coming here from now on for our vehicles.
