For many years I have appreciated the excellent and timely service provided by Joanne and the Franks. They are the best and their prices are competitive. As a septagenarian I need a dependable group to take care of my 15 year old car and this group is that. Plus they have always been helpful, courteous and pleasant. If an unexpected issue arises and they have to order and install a part, they are quick to let me know so we can agree on a solution that works for all of us; their always prompt communication is appreciated. In doing business for about 20 years every visit and interaction have been well done. I am what one calls a "satisfied customer".

Professionalism
My car had trouble starting. They tested the battery and other components, ultimately determining that there really wasn’t anything wrong with it. I think I was just not used to the car’s starting process having been out of town for awhile. They returned the car to me with no charge.
