You brought us your truck after spending a couple thousand dollars at a different shop and they hadn't fixed the issue. We agreed to do a diagnostic to see if we could figure out the issue and that is what we did. We removed the valve cover to find that the #5 valve was sticking causing a lack of compression on that particular cylinder. The amount we charged was not to repair anything but to diagnose why your vehicle wasn’t able to pass emissions – which we did and communicated to you as well as suggested you take it back to the other shop to have them fix it since you had already spent a significant amount with them.
