Erik said the business got him in on time and gave him a better diagnosis than a competitor. They fixed the vehicle and got it to work. He said he is still figuring some things out with Francisco, as his heater still doesn't work.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE,!!!! Between Google and Yelp Francisco’s automotive has over 100 one-star reviews that without a doubt has truth to no matter what Francisco comes back and says. I took my car to him and have had nothing but lies and deception from Francisco. It’s criminal what he does and frankly I’m shocked he hasn’t been shut down. The BBB has graded Francisco Automotive an “F. He has numerous investigations w BARS ( Bureau of Automotive Repair). He is constantly getting sued Why take a chance ? Take your car elsewhere , there’s plenty of reputable mechanics around. Francisco all your bullying tactics and lies are going to cost you a lot more

Very honest and knowledgeable
I have a 2014 Kia sportage that started having a high pitch noise coming from the passenger area when I drove about 50mph+. I looked inside and outside, but could find no problems. I took it into Francisco's today so he could do a test drive. While the car was making the noise he opened and closed the passenger window and the noise went away. The window was just slightly opened and I didn't notice it.
Because of his knowledge he figured it out and did not charge me. Great guy, Bob from HB.

The belligerent, obnoxiously drunk owner (Francisco) of this unbelievable extortion and racketeering operation is the worst shyster scammer I’ve ever met who is out for blood!
He was supposed to just read a code and kept my $100,000 sprinter hostage!
Without my permission (as he was supposed to be reading a code) he tore the guts out purposely damaged at least 15 other parts and fraudulently charged my card for several thousands of dollars!
He has at least six different fictitious business names, always running from a bad reputation of his scams!!
He will find a way to destroy your vehicle, shake you down and empty your wallet!
Francisco is a combative hostile intoxicated con artist. He deserves to be in prison for his scams!

Prices way out of line
I normally don’t write reviews but in this cause it’s my civic obligation to warn the unsuspecting public. I can’t recommend in fact I urge you not to use Francisco’s automotive repair. His business practices are criminal. He will do everything to run your bill as high as possible. He charged me for repair work that was not necessary or authorized. Then lied about it. He charged my credit card an unauthorized amount that I didn’t catch immediately because I was clear on the amount I authorized. He never gave me an estimate which I repeatedly asked for. Further there was no record of time taken to each repair task so he basically charged whatever he felt like. Finally the work he did do was incomplete, “ bring it back in a couple weeks”. Unbelievably they damaged my vehicle adding insult to injury. I have never been so blatantly ripped off. I couldn’t get my vehicle out of there fast enough. Now I’m going to have to pay a reputable garage to fix what I paid him to repair. Francisco will not save you money. Buyer beware. I’m in the process of filing a complaint with the Bureau of automotive repair (BAR) for the state of CA. Fast talking con artist!

Scam Artist!
We had our Suburban diagnosed for AC issues and they said $200 - $250, we left it there at 8:30 AM and didn’t get it back until 3:30 PM all they did was tell us about a hose that they replaced and charged us over $400! Francisco said he wasn’t sure what was exactly wrong with the vehicle and said it could be anywhere from $1700 to a new car, what type of a professional doesn’t even have any clue what’s wrong with a vehicle?!? Our AC worked for less than a week and I had only run it for an hour at most. Took it back and he is trying to tell us $1000. Professional scam artist and very rude. Stay far away!

Your moneys worth
There's no better mechanic with such a good moral compass who's this skilled and who's prices are this fair. Any issue I've ever had in the past with my Volkswagen SUV I have always been able to turn to this shop. If you're on the fence about it, get off and just call the man. Even the front desk is super friendly.
