clear misrepresentation of terms
*Warning to potential buyers*
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent vehicle purchase with your dealership. On September 18, 2025, I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Sonata SEL Convenience under the belief that I was agreeing to a 72-month loan at an APR of 4.69%. However, I later discovered that the loan I signed was actually for 84 months at an APR of 5.698% that I am now stuck with.

This discrepancy is troubling, as I had made it clear that 72 months was the maximum loan term I was willing to consider. Sales Manager Benjamin Verduzco had also acknowledged this both during our discussions and in a subsequent phone call, affirming his understanding that we had agreed on a 72-month term.

Unfortunately, after spending several hours at the dealership and feeling worn down, I was presented with the final documents by Finance Manager Michael Mendes. At no point was I explicitly informed that the terms reflected an 84-month loan at a higher APR. I signed under the impression that the documents aligned with the agreement I had discussed with Mr. Verduzco.

When I brought this issue to the dealership’s attention, I was told that, no action could be taken. I find this response unacceptable, as it disregards the clear misrepresentation of terms that occurred during the transaction.
