Most honest, helpful automotive business

Fantastic Service
Flash Auto has the friendliest and honest team I have ever seen in an auto repair shop. The service is excellent and they always keep me informed of the work that needs to be done and the cost. Their explanation of the issue is always appreciated, understandable, and they never recommend unnecessary repairs as I have experienced with dealers and other repair shops. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest and highly competent repair team.

Very nice people but don’t seem super bright
Took my truck in because my has oil in the spark plugs. They told me I needed ignition coils, valve covers, and valve cover gaskets. Which to me makes zero sense but I could be wrong. They wanted to try to fix those things first and charge me 1200$ with as much possible discounts they could give me which was about 300$ off the original quote. But they didn’t want to look deeper into the motor to make sure that was the problem. When me personally cannot afford to spend 1200$ “to see if that will fix it”. Great friendly people it seems like but I can replace parts until it’s fixed. I took it to the shop so they can pinpoint where the problem was and at least give me an accurate answer but that was a no go with way this place
