Terrible customer service. After calling three times and leaving voicemails I was finally able to get ahold of someone for a quote to repair the fender on my truck, only to find out there price was $500 more than any other surrounding collision center. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

Unprofessional Conduct
I was referred to Fix Auto via my auto insurance Esurance. I visited the shop with my boyfriend who was going to be getting an estimate on his vehicle. When I first stepped into the lobby I was helped by 2 extremely nice ladies at the front desk, they were excellent during my entire visit. (They were the only pleasant part of Fix Auto).
We were assigned Sean from Fix Auto to perform an estimate for Esurance on our vehicle. When Sean came to greet us he first greeted my boyfriend who in turn introduced me to Sean. It was clear that Sean did not want to assist us after realizing we were together and proceeded outside to see the vehicle without saying hello to me. Once Sean began his initial visual inspection of our vehicle, he became defensive of damage to the windshield, insisting that it was not caused by the accident, furthermore telling us he would be sending documentation including pictures to explain his expert opinion of why the damage to the windshield is unrelated to our accident. I attempted to explain to Sean that Esurance would make the final determination on what would be covered and if he thought he was going to be unable to assist us we would have Esurance find us a alternate repair facility. Sean continued to rudely propel his unwavering stance on the windshield creating hard feelings by my boyfriend as Sean was insinuating we were lying. We told Sean we no longer wanted his assistance and we would locate a different repair facility. Sean continued to complete the estimate on our vehicle without our consent. After Sean was finished he went back inside leaving us in the parking lot. I contacted Esurance while outside to advise them of our experience and to ask for their recommendation. Esurance explained we are able to visit another repair facility if we would like but there may be a delay as we would need to find a place with an open appointment, the woman at Esurance recommended we see if Fix Auto has someone else that could assist us.
I went back inside to ask the ladies at the counter if it was possible to work with another person based on what we encountered with Sean. At that moment another man named Kyle saying he was the general manager came promptly to the front desk and said "There is nobody else that can help you, he is the estimator for Esurance, if you don't want to work with Sean you can go elsewhere; in fact we would prefer that you leave" he then grabbed his business card from the front counter and slid it over to me ending our visit by saying " My name is Kyle here is my card and information so you can complain to your insurance company".
Needless to say I will not be returning to Fix Auto as their personal viewpoints impacted their ability to preform accurate work, in addition it is transparent how little they value an individual customer never mind your feelings as a person.
