I just got my car back from FIx Auto and I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the service and quality. My Rav4 looks just like new...Thank you for everything. It made a stressful situation much better!

I am very pleasantly surprised! Great service! Professionals,Staff friendly. Dan (the manager) is awesome, Melissa was great too. Dan also showed me the shop-large and clean. This is the right place to repair your car.

Still in Shock!
I wish I could give more stars! Dan the manager is amazing at customer service. I had my Subaru fixed at another location in the Fix Auto network with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Unfortunately I had a part fail (the radiator) and the location I had the work performed was acquired by another repair shop that would not stand by the warranty work for my car was not in their system. I called up Fix Auto Highlands Ranch and was connected up with Dan and I have never seen such a willingness to help a non paying customer. Dan has made phone calls and sent emails to Fix Auto Corporate on my behalf to give me a voice in the process to getting my car back on the road.
Since my car was un-drivable, I had to get the radiator replaced at my Subaru mechanic asap. After informing Dan of this, he said send me the invoice "I'll see what your insurance company and corporate can do to make this right"! Wow, there is Dan, still fighting on my behalf! Who does that in todays world? I'm not sure if I will see any warranty reimbursement, but still feel obligated to give Dan and Fix Auto Highlands Ranch a glowing report for their desire to help out a fellow motorist.

Awesome Service
I was advised to go here by a tech at Ralph Schomp Honda. My back license plate was hanging by a thread because the area around the bolt rusted. My font license plate got hooked and pulled downward some time ago. Dan got both of my plates back into place and washed my filthy car (I was waiting for the snow to pass) at no charge to me. My car looks great now and I'm not worried about the plates falling off.
