HORRIBLE service
I went to Five Star car wash and paid extra for a hand wash and interior detail. They said it would take over an hour, but else than 30 minutes later said that th car was done. After getting into the car, I realized my seats were wet. In fact, wet enough to soak through my pants. The interior was not clean. Rather the dirt had been smeared around. I believe dirty rags were used. It was a horrible job. in fact the next morning, I went to get into my car and it reeked a wet mildewy smell. I have a 2023 white Tesla Model S Plaid. I am not a particularly picky person, but this was ridiculous! I spend $150 and ended up having to try to clean my car, dry the seats and remove the smell. If it does not work and I have to use a professional, I will demand to be repaid and sue if necessary. I have used Five Star's drive through several times over the years and I am thoroughly disappointed in the job I recently received.

Staff are friendly and competent. Only complaint- i paid for the most expensive cleaning option & they didn’t wipe down surfaces ( dashboard, cup holders, etc)

Great service and a good value.
I received the service I needed and was not pressured to buy services that I didn't need. The techs did a thorough vehicle inspection with honest results. Josh the service writer was friendly and efficient with facilitating the service.

Honest and great customer service .
I love taking my car to five star. They are so nice and friendly. They get you in and out the same day. They know what they are doing., very good at what they do and the prices are reasonable. I leave here feeling good about the work they did. Really honest which I appreciate unlike other places I’ve been.
