Quick attention to my car problem
I was about a mile away from Family Auto when my check engine light came on. I went directly to Family Auto. They did a quick check and we made an appointment for the next day. The problem was fixed and returned the next day. Service with a smile! They have looked after at least eight vehicles for me over 30 years or so. Always prompt and accommodating.

Found our new mechanic!
We needed to have the transmission replaced in my 2003 GMC Yukon recently. Several places in town were a No-Go either because they didn't work on vehicles more than 20 years old or they sent transmission work out of town to other shops.
Family Auto Care took on the work and completed it in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. They will definitely be our FIRST call for any and all future vehicle work!

With a spontaneous shimmering during my drive from work and the check engine light, I expected the worst. John jumped right on my Ram truck, diagnosed the problem and only did what was necessary without adding undue services and charges. Good professional family business. Thank you!
