New tires and alingment
Excellent customer service, quoted price honored. Waiting room comfortable, coffee good, cookies great. Was advised the wait time would be 1.5 hours and give take a few minutes that was pretty much exactly how long I waited. Let's face it nothing is as cheap as it used to be, but I believe, that I paid what most of the industry is charging for tires and a little less for the alignment. If you combine that with how nicely and respectfully I was treated
It's makes my experience well worth my time and money. Would I have loved to pay less? of course. But overall a good experience.

Great customer service. Friendly. Fair
Took my car in with ignition problems. Key would not turn or when it did start it might turn right back off without me touching anything. I signed an agreement for a diagnostic check for a fair price. After many days, they checked it out and had a locksmith check out the ignition. They could not find the problem. When I picked up the car, they were very friendly and did not charge for the diagnostic or other checks. I appreciate their effort and honesty through the whole process. Will go back if I need a mechanic again.

Great service from friendly staff
I have lived i Deltona for 5 years now, I have my vehicles servile here since then. Their prices are very reasonable, they have never yet given me "Sticker Shock" and the work has always been completed on time if not ahead of time.

Ignition trouble
On 3/22/25, I contacted a locksmith because the key would not work in the ignition switch. A representative responded. After checking the ignition column, he stated that he needed to replace the original switch and reprogram two keys. The total cost was $1500. I was on the phone with my wife, Susan, while talking to the repair man, and she thought that the total was $500, as she stated in her review.
About a month later, we had trouble with the ignition again. I contacted Expert Auto and was able to drop off the car that afternoon. It was determined that the ignition switch was defective, and a replacement switch and replacement of the keys were required. His cost was a lot less than the original cost in March, and I have a two year warranty. I will now take both of our cars to them for any repair from now on.

Found best business ever after another mechanic screwed up
I wish I could give 1000 stars. We are seniors our car broke down, in the heat, the key wouldn't turn over the engine. We had a company come out we were stranded and said it was 500. Thought he fixed it charged 1500. Still didn't work took it to expert car repair. They were amazing. The first guy ripped off seniors and put in a defective part. Thanks to expect they were able to fix it correctly and were so kind gave us a discount for being ripped off. They went above and beyond what they had to even writing on receipt other person put defective part and gave it to us to dispute orig charge from the other mechanic 🧰 so dispute with bank if that doesn't work small claims court. None of this would have been possible without expert care care so kuttos and much love for all you do and for truly caring about seniors and everyone else. Only place I will ever trust again. Thank you again
