I have numerous places close to me in Naples I could take my truck for service but it’s worth the drive to Marco for me knowing I’m getting professional and quality service!

Excellent service at a fair price
I've been a customer for over 10 years. The managers and service workers are knowledgeable, friendly, and available. They're willing to take the time to explain you car's needs and options for repair. Most work is finished within the day.

Timing Belt Replacement (regular maintenance at 90k miles)
From the initial contact with the person assisting the customer - David, in my instance - to the quality of repair, Executive Auto provides an excellent client experience. Upon diagnosis, Executive clearly communicates both the problem and the proposed resolution. I never feel lacking for knowledge or more information.

Like most customers, excellence is important, second only to price. Here, I believe Executive also delivers. Serrendipitously, our Acura RDX housed at our Chicago residence required the same maintenance that Executive just completed on our Lexus that we keep on Marco. So, I can attest that Executive Auto's price was not only competitive to the Chicago shop, but was actually lower than the equivalent service we undertook in Chicago.

We appreciate the quick response to our concerns for keeping our Kia Carnival "Up to date" on all necessary care. Executive Auto continues to offer the best service for a fair price.
Executive Auto continues to offer the best care for our leased Kia Carnival and has serviced all our Kia autos since we have leased them. No more trips into Naples and waiting for a half day for the best service.. They tell you what needs to be done, get the job done as soon as possible, and call immediately to tell me when I can come to get our car.
We really do love the service at Executive!
