It was the last day of the semester and my wife was helping my daughter move back home from school. After packing and on their way out of town I got a call saying that the Z4 would not start. Since I was also out of town and they had 2 cars between them I asked them to have the Z4 towed to Eurasian garage and they could just go home and not worry about it.
The guy I spoke to at Eurasian garage was very cordial and I was told that there were oil leaks everywhere (oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket. very normal for older BMWs) but the oil filter gasket was what caused the problem and that oil leaked out onto the belt and caused the issue. He asked if I wanted all 3 oil leaks fixed. I said since I do most of the work on the cars I just want it good enough to drive home so just fix the main oil leak. For those who aren't familiar BMWs are notorious for leaking oil so for someone who has 6 BMWs I wasn't worried about the leak just didn't want my family stranded. I have a lift at the house and would do the more difficult and expensive fixes myself.
Long story short I did the other 2 gaskets, that in fact also had small leaks like I was told, but as time went by we found that the simplest of the repairs that I paid over $1000 for (that I can do in 2 hours with an $11 gasket) is back to leaking so bad that the belt has shredded again.

Very poor servicw
I have left several cars for Bill to fix over the last few years. Unfortunately the cars he worked never seemed to get fixed. The jobs I thought were simple yet the cars I left in his shop over and over again never seemed to run correctly. I left one car in his shop for about a year and he would give me excuses about why it wasn’t running right. Of course I continued to pay and one day it was this and another day it was that, and after a while I just had enough I just took that car to another mechanic and had the 3 cars fixed in a couple of days. The repairs were actually simple , but I am still not sure why he just could not get around to do the correct work. Needless to say he was always eager to charge me , but not eager to do the work

This is the owner, replying to Julie Morris. I'm going to be very nice and very curious. Vehicles towed in with a no-start issue, I advised the customer, who is the son-in-law of Julie Morris that I would diagnose it. I did and it required a module. Volvo will not release the programming rights to Volvo modules. There's currently a class action lawsuit to verify this. I told the son-in-law, who has a very nice man, it required to go to the Volvo dealer. He stated he wanted me to remove the module and send it to a company in Canada who he has used before for them to rebuild it. I again stressed it was not possible on this particular module. However he insisted. I advised him that I would in fact charge him the regular rate and make note on the repair order of my advice. The module was removed sent to the company in Canada who in turn returned the module with a memo stating this module could not be repaired. I advised the customer he accepted that responsibility and paid the invoice. Had the customer accepted my advice in the beginning it would not have taken that length of time. I hate that Mrs Morris is uneducated, misinformed or unwilling to accept the facts.

My daughter's 2011 Volvo was taken for repairs in October 2018. We finally had it towed away in February 2019. The owner had one excuse after another with lies in between. We were charged $2061 and the vehicle was not fixed and he left things not put back as it was originally. I would advise not to go near this place.

Honesty and professional performance
My vehicle had hidden and difficult problems, and through Eurasians persistence and hands on knowledge, the problems were corrected, and now the car runs beautifully. I can't thank Bill and the staff enough.

Know their business and are very friendly
Excellent place to have your car serviced or repaired. Fair prices, on time service and detailed explanation of your invoice. I prefer this location to the dealership.
It’s hard to find someone that you can trust,I feel like I can trust this business to do a honest job on any vehicle that I bring in.

Trustworthy and knowledgable
They went above and beyond to help me with the problems I was having with my BMW. Pretty sure no dealer would treat you as well as they do! They will be working on my cars in the future for sure. Very helpful and they know their stuff!
