Air Conditioner Failure
Frank the Manager and owner of Escondido Auto Tech is an excellent communicator with his customers. Our family has used Escondido Auto Tech for over 20 years any have received superior services with reasonable pricing. The technician working on our 2016 Honda diagnosed a failure with the Evaprator Exchange Valve that works with air conditioner to deliver cold air to the vehicle cabin. The CR-V also was charged with new freon. The vehicle was delivered at 8 AM and picked up at 4 PM the same day.

Smog Inspection
I needed a smock inspection. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. They are star certified and AAA recommended. They were friendly, heloful and efficient. Waiting area has comfy chairs and a/c. They also provided a helpful tip to take my registration to AAA office the same day for renewal and sticker after completing inspection.
