Best auto repair/maintenance experience in my 86 years
Frank, the boss, is extremely polite, efficient and does what he says he will do with no pressure to upsell. I use a wheel chair and had appointment which was honored and completed on a timely basis. Frank saw me drive in and held door open for me to enter and again when I left. I’ve had all work done there and plan to continue.

Great Service
This is my second visit to Escondido Auto Tech. Commutation during a repair is super important to me. I find that most places can’t effectively do that. This place does. They let me know what they were doing and how long to expect. I highly recommend them.

What more could I ask for?
I was overdue for routine maintenance and needed the first available day/time. Frank went straight to the scheduling board and was able to offer next something just 2 days away. I arrived a little early, parked and went inside. Jorge checked me in and I waited and worked on some reports. Next thing I know Jorge updated me and suggested some minor maintenance upgrades. I gave an immediate "Do it" and he got to it.

Every time I drive away I realize how good it feels for the car to be kept up with top notch work and how much I appreciate the folks there. Ever since my first time going to EAT I find myself not even considering anywhere else.

I'm glad to have dropped in here a few years ago and be able to get professional services from a friendly team of professionals.

I made my appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, I told them that I was going on a road trip. They made sure that everything was in good shape for me and I feel very safe going on my trip. Very helpful friendly guys.
