You also mentioned there was some confusion regarding the charges on your invoice. The item you’re referring to is a standard shop supplies fee, which helps cover the cost of general materials used during service—such as cleaners, lubricants, gloves, and other disposable items—not individual replacement parts. It's a common industry practice, and we aim to be as transparent as possible about it.

We understand that car repairs—especially diagnostics—can be frustrating. Our technicians follow a thorough process using industry-standard tools and training to accurately diagnose issues. That said, we also know that sometimes vehicle symptoms can point to more than one possible cause, which is why we always try to explain our findings and recommendations clearly.

Those new lights and grille made the vehicle look 10 years younger! Glad you can see better at night as well. And the aftermarket grille lights were no problem!
