We appreciate your feedback, even when it’s as rough as a pothole in the road. It sounds like you’ve had quite the rollercoaster experience. Low oil pressure could be related to multiple things including a faulty oil pressure sensor, an electrical concern, etc. We have recently changed ownership and office staff and strive to give every customer the experience they DESERVE. SO. After leaving the review above they contacted me and ask me to take down the review. If I do I would receive a free oil change on my 2018 Sierra 2500 diesel truck. I agreed. I went back to have my oil/filter changed on Monday 23 Feb. Afterward, I drove home and parked the truck. Today, 27 Feb. I had to go out to meet friends. As I was driving home an alert started to chime telling me I had no oil pressure and immediately stop the vehicle. I looked at the oil pressure indicator and sure enough pressure was at ZERO. Now I am faced with a vehicle with no oil in it so I cannot drive it. PLUS, I bought the oil from an online vendor which cost me over $120.00. I’ll have to have the truck towed so I can get it fixed. I believe this was intentional since it was a free service. AS I SAID PREVIOUSLY, DO NOT HAVE THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. EVEN THE 12TH AVENUE SHOP IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. GO ELSEWHERE PROPLE.
