Silverado cruise control
Took my Silverado in at 8 am to get the cruise control repaired. Tech had my truck in within 10 minutes and returned to me, repaired, in about an hour. Works great. Enjoy the feeling of having my business appreciated. Thank you everyone at Earl's!

Professional and courteous
Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to fit me in and promptly take care of my issue. The landscaping was beautiful and the grounds were well taken care of. The lobby area and bathrooms were very clean. The lobby area is a nice and comfortable place to wait for your car. The staff seemed very busy and more than capable to handle any and everything getting thrown at them.

Mini Cooper revived again

I dropped my car off at 8am for an appointment to get a squeaking noise checked on the front right tire. I didn’t hear back from Earls all day until I called at 5. They had not finished the car and didn’t know where it was or what was going on with it. I needed the car back that day and had to drive in to check. When I got there they had not found anything, said they didn’t head anything and charged me for a break check. The noise was definitely there when I left so not sure if it was actually checked. Earls normally does a great job but it seemed like they werent ready for my car on this visit.
