Great service and fair prices
This is my second time bringing one of my cars to this shop and I’m pleased with my experience. Ed worked with me to get the total cost for a significant amount of repairs down to a reasonable number. A loaner was provided for several days which is elite in terms of customer service and convenience. I will continue to bring my families cars here and recommend this shop to my friends.

Honest, reliable, and good price!
Always reliable and do great work with honesty. They never add extras that are not required just make more money like other auto shops. Always have good prices compared to other shops and especially a dealership!

Friendly and courteous customer service
Alex at front desk was knowledgeable and explained the diagnosis well. Franz and Alex at Driven Auto do not try to amplify the car issues but they are honest and courteous.

Service on car
Driven auto serviced my car. I made an appointment. They knew already what service needs to be done. I told ED the time he can have it ready.
Everyone was done perfect and on time.
Excellent service and time it was done.
The prices are way better than the actual dealership and their techs are certified!

Fast and professional response!
I had a flat tire and was on the side of the road. They answered my call quickly and had a tow truck over to me within 15 minutes! The driver was kind and professional. The waiting room was set up great for me to continue to work at one of their workstations, the office staff was friendly and professional, and they got me back on the road quickly!
