they took the time to explain what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand for someone who isn't very car-savvy. Fast and professional response!
I had a flat tire and was on the side of the road. They answered my call quickly and had a tow truck over to me within 15 minutes! The driver was kind and professional. The waiting room was set up great for me to continue to work at one of their workstations, the office staff was friendly and professional, and they got me back on the road quickly!

No hassles in-out to drop vehicle and service
Great service! Most of all, easiness to drop and pick the vehicle at the customer’s convenience; not at their convenience! I will not visit the dealership coz I get better service at the smaller shop! Congratulations Driven-Auto from a happy customer!

I take all of my vehicles to Driven Auto Repair for any work that my vehicles need. The owner, Franz, is a very talented mechanic and I trust his analysis and work. The other mechanics at Driven are talented as well. Alex at the front of the shop is excellent and will explain, in detail, any repairs that are needed on your vehicle.
