Euro Master, done an exceptional job on Servicing my vehicle. They kept me informed and updated as to what and when the vehicle needed repairs. They also were very curious at explaining in details the work that was being performed from beginning to the end. There were no surprises as to what charges were for work performed. Unfortunate
Brought Golf in for oil change. Took suggestion to do my 80,000 mile service. Trunk gate broke right after the visit. Had them fix it. It broke again. Will bring to another place.

Our Warranty is 24,000 miles / 24 month.  That said, all work performed on your vehicle is guaranteed for 2 years on parts and service. If the tailgate is not working again all the work done previously would be under warranty.Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and it's disappointing to learn that we didn't meet your expectations.

DR the Fixer
Granted my M6 is now a 10 yr old car and its had its problems but DR has saved me once again when the dealer simply didnt care and wanted the car out of the service dept as fast as they could slap it together - shameful - my experience with dealer in ATX is that they sell beautiful cars and provide half A## service. All BMW dealer service dept is worried about is their “Review,” and they simply dont care. When you have a complicated repair or a simple repair DR Euro is the place to take your BMW. Not cheap but if you want it repaired right this is your place.

I dropped my car off this morning and it was done 3 hours later. As always, they not only do the work I asked but they always check a little more. I have a very high mileage car but it looks great and is very dependable because of the service and maintenance it receives.

2013 Lexus ES 350 engine light
Took my Lexus in with a check engine light, and Trac off displaying on my car display. I looked up what this could possibly be on Google. It turns out it could be maybe student things and every situation is unique. Joel and team took care of me and only turned out to be a vacuum hose that had come loose. Appreciate the honesty, it was a very, very minimal charge he charged me and my test driven to ensure everything was back to normal! I recommend these guys, just for being honest and fixing a small thing and not trying to tell me it was something much bigger. I'll be coming back next time I have an issue. 5 ***** service!
