I've bought many cars over the past 20 or so years and I have to say my experience at Don Woods was actually pleasant. There was no intimidation or dread, Trey (our sales rep) was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the car. I would put Don Wood on our go to list for the next car for sure.

Good experience
To begin, let me clarify that the only reason I didn't rate as a 5 star review was due to an internet pricing error that was unable to be corrected on the dealers end. If I could separate into two reviews this location would have five stars from me.
Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. They took the time answer questions and explained things well.
I worked with Cole who came in on his day off just to finish the process.
I really enjoyed the fact that I was able to look around a bit and not feel pressured to talk to anyone until I wanted to.
I'm not sure if anyone else dreads car shopping because the moment you get in the lot you get tackled by people trying to sell you everything. This experience was not like that at all, and it lead to a nice car buying experience.

I look forward to doing business here again in the future.

I had a phenomenal experience at Don Wood working with Michael Robison as my salesmen. They went above and beyond to get me in an amazing 2024 Ioniq 6 at a price that worked for me and really worked with me on getting it in my hands. I can't say enough how great they were in helping me out & I will definitely be coming back for future purchases!

As a customer, there are things you expect / hope for, then there is what you get. For me at Don Wood Hyundai, I got just what I hoped for. My experience purchasing a vehicle at Don Wood Hyundai exceeded my expectations. Salesman Chris Ford and all the way to the top, was extremely impressive !!! They talked to and treated me like a friend. It wasn’t fake like you would expect, it was genuine and actually a lot of fun !!!

What a joy it was to work with the folks at Don Wood Hyundai.
From deciding just what I wanted to a test drive they guided me through the process. The new (at least to me) things like breaking its self when backing up to bright lights that dim themselves were only two of the WOW items. There are a lot more for people to see. Sales guys top shelf folks who know their product and help you find the perfect fit. I ended up with a Sonata SEL! What a joy to drive it’s a perfect match for me ! A big thank you to everyone at Don Wood Hyundai!

Absolutely amazing
Went in to look at a sante fe , completely fell in love with a palisade! Michael was absolutely awesome throughout all my questions about the difference in the cars whats gonna be better fit for me and my family , not once did he try to push me into a different car , he had a lot of knowledge of the cars and was so helpful and very patient when i was going back and forth . I would recommend michael over and over again it was such a great experience and leaving with the car i loved was the best !
