Quick professional and great customer care
Car stalled out while about an hour from my home late on a Friday. Always nervous when I’m forced to pick an auto shop. I was fortunate it was this one. Closed for the weekend but got my car done at 2:37pm Monday with a new alternator, looked like they had a lot of business too. Good pricing, military/veteran supporting. I would drive an hour to get routine maintenance from this place. Lastly, great customer service. If I had to choose anything to nitpick, maybe the parking, but that’s inconsequential. Good business ethics and professionalism.

Awesome Automotive Repair
I moved from Hickory approximately 2 years ago.
Dodson’s was recommended to me.
I decided to take my 1997 Ford F-150 to Dodson’s. For service.
I am so glad they I did.
Wonderful, honest folks!
The repair was done quickly and very efficiently.
I was called and informed of the repair needed, and the cost of repair by Miss Ashley. Before the repair was done.
I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing repair on their vehicle .

Inspection services
I took my car here for an inspection since I just moved up here from Florida and we did not need them there. The front desk and the mechanic made the whole process simple and less stress. I would definitely recommend Dodson’s to anyone. You don’t need to go to a big commercial place, Dodson’s will treat you right.
