Buy Somewhere Else
Bought a used car here. I had it picked out and came ready to buy with $2000 down. The salesman seemed nice at first but both him and the finance guy turned sour when I refused to buy their useless and overpriced warranties. Especially the finance guy who also forgot to include all the necessary paperwork in the packet they mailed me three weeks later. Typical of people who only work on commission and do the bare minimum to get by in their jobs. I don’t keep cars long and am always looking for a dealership that treats all customers nicely and with respect. Dean Team Hyundai is definitely not that dealer. If I didn’t really want the car I went to buy I would have walked out. I’ve walked out of dealerships twice in the 20 or so times I’ve purchased a car and I’m glad I did it on both occasions. I bought my previous car from Carvana just to avoid dealing with jokers just like the two I had to deal with at Dean Team Hyundai. I will say this. I had to go to their Volvo dealer up the street to get my paperwork issue resolved and the lady from the office was extremely apologetic and friendly. That’s right, the lady who works on a salary, the one who gets paid whether I buy a car or not was the nicest of the three. I have no idea where I’ll buy my next car but I’m pretty sure my next car is going to be an Alfa Romeo so my choice of dealerships will be limited. I may go back to Carvana if they have one I can’t live without. As far as the car I bought from Dean Scream it’s a Lexus so it’s well built and reliable but not as much fun to drive as a my European cars that I’ve owned. If you buy a warranty on a Lexus with less than 40,000 miles on it you’re throwing your money away. They know that and that’s one of the reasons the profit margin on those warranties is so outrageous. I had a wonderful salesman at Lou Fusz Toyota but he retired. I’ve also had good luck with Bommarito. Bottom line is don’t get your heart set on one particular car that way you can walk out of the dealership if you feel so inclined. Also don’t buy a real luxury car from a dealership slinging cheap Korean cars.

What a pleasure working with Andy Miller and Ed.
Was Looking for a 2023, blue with black interior, Elantra. Andy Miller helped me find the one I wanted and also worked out the lease financing with his manager Ed. I would recommend seeing Andy and Ed if you are looking to buy or lease a Hyundai. These are some quality human beings.

Was looking all over for a new Elantra and finally found my car!! Joey I. The Hyundai Guy was so helpful and and even stayed after work hours to show us the ins and outs of my new car. Overall awesome experience and would definately refer anyone to them.

Left with a better deal
I came in with a car that had alot of miles and ordered a 2022 Alantra after getting the run around and people trying to sell me vehicles that I didn't want. I came in here to Deam Team and ordered my car and 2 moths later got the car of my dreams from Andy Miller. it was a long wait but well worth it.

From the Sales person, to the Sales Manager to the Financial Manager and then the Service Personnel you can't get a friendlier or personal team when buying a vehicle or maintaining your vehicle.
Dean Team has been my choice and my families choice for years now.

I went in for a check-engine light!!!
I went in on a tow after hours. They were able to get my car looked at the next day and find the problem. I appreciated their efficiency getting to my car sooner rather than later! Staff is friendly and courteous!
