Texas DTPA Notice
Hassan,

This is to notify you that under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) I am demanding a full refund of $5,000 for the auto repairs performed by Danny’s Auto Service.

You misrepresented the release I signed, leading me to believe it was only for a rack and pinion refund, when in fact you used it to waive my warranties and rights on all repairs. That is fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent inducement, breach of contract, and breach of warranty.

Texas law requires that I give you written notice before filing suit. You now have 60 days from this notice to resolve this matter by refunding the $5,000 in full. If you fail to do so, I will file a lawsuit in Justice Court under the DTPA seekin
