Ms. Palomares we are very sorry about your vehicle being totalled; that is always an upsetting occasion. We are a little concerned that you rated our facility a 3 star when all we did was verify what Caliber Collision already told you. We worked with your insurance company to provide all the necessary photos and documention as to the damage to your vehicle and it was actually your insurance company that deemed it a total loss. They did consider the fact that there were some sub par prior repairs done that contributed to the repair cost to bring it back to factory standards. Regretfully it appears that the prior repairs may have been done by another Subaru dealership collision center but they were in fact not Subaru certified. There are strict procedures we must follow as a certified facility in order to restore a vehicle to Subaru factory standards.
