Ms. Palomares we are very sorry about your vehicle being totalled; that is always an upsetting occasion.  We are a little concerned that you rated our facility a 3 star when all we did was verify what Caliber Collision already told you.  We worked with your insurance company to provide all the necessary photos and documention as to the damage to your vehicle and it was actually your insurance company that deemed it a total loss.  They did consider the fact that there were some sub par prior repairs done that contributed to the repair cost to bring it back to factory standards.  Regretfully it appears that the prior repairs may have been done by another Subaru dealership collision center but they were in fact not Subaru certified.  There are strict procedures we must follow as a certified facility in order to restore a vehicle to Subaru factory standards.

Excellent experience with Continental Collision
We were assigned Dan Herman as our adjuster. He advised us from the beginning that parts for our Solterra would be hard to come by since it was a new model car just introduced in 2023. He kept us informed in the progress of our situation and was always polite, courteous, and professional which took some of the worry which came with waiting 7 weeks for the repair parts to arrive. When the car was finally finished, it looked showroom new and Dan presented me with the keys and I went on my way. All in all, our experience with Continental Collision was excellent and I would recommend them if I ever had the opportunity to do so.

Very poor repair

Excellent service, Excellent repairs
Very satisfied with the repair process at Continental Collision. This is the second time I have used the shop for hail repairs to both my Subarus and I have been very satisfied with the work. The customer service is excellent with great communication.

Great work
When picked up it was like a new car again. Not only paint matched 100% but was cleaned inside and out . Very impressed

We are thrilled to hear that your car looks like new again and that our team was able to match the paint perfectly. We take pride in providing a clean and polished finish both inside and out. In response to your concerns that the repairs seemed to take longer than they should have I would like to clarify that the repairs went from the initial cursory inspection of $3k by Allstate to the final figure upwards of $12k.  Allstate left out every one of the nine required calibrations, inspections and radar adjustments that are required by Subaru in order to restore your vehicle to pre accident condition. We also had to add in all the additional one time use and missed parts left off the initial inspection.  Regretfully it does take additional time to negotiate these charges with the insurance and I apologize that this was not communicated to you more clearly.  We appreciate your feedback and hope to assist you with any future automotive needs you may have.

Horrible
Repair not complete after 2.5 months at the shop. They estimated 1-1.5 months for the repair(Hail damage). Haven’t heard from them at all in the last month.

Repairs done right
Continental Collision made everything super easy. From the rental car waiting for me on location, to regular updates, to dealing directly with the insurance. They did a great job on the car and pay really close attention to your car being in tip top shape before leaving their shop. They even detailed my car inside and out before pickup.

Vehicle totaled so not work completed.
My vehicle was totaled so work was started.
Caleb was very professional and prompt. He stayed in communication with me on the status and worked directly with the insurance co.
When the decision was made to total the vehicle, Caleb contacted me to come get my personal belongings out of the vehicle.
He assisted me with the removal of the items which was above and beyond standard operating procedure.

Slow repair and gave car back with damages to other areas
Took 57 days for a small repair job. They were not honest about time it would take them. Also picked up my car and found out mice had damaged my windshield washer fluid tube. I’m taking my car for full inspection to make sure there are no other damages done to my car by mice. There was also new scratches to my paint and marker marks that won’t fully come off. The fixed the new scratches and fixed the windshield washer hose. Those should not have happened to begin with.
