John always takes the time to explain what is needed. Their prices are fair and repairs are done timely. They also have a local shuttle service if you need a ride.

Friendly conscientious service
They do what my car needs without trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs. Both John and Steve are friendly and responsive. They even asked if I needed a ride. They were recommended to me by a neighbor, and I’ve been happy to rely on them rather than driving out to the Arcadia dealership since my car aged beyond the warranty period.

Everytime I take a car to be repaired Classic German Auto, they are always able to fix the problem and are very fair with their pricing. The turnaround time is very quick and their communication is great!

Very Pleased with Classic German Motors
John at Classic German Motors was recommended to me by a friend. I had mentioned to him that because my 2017 Mercedes E400 was no longer under warranty, I was paying way too much at the dealership for service and repairs. When the inside door handle on the passenger side broke, I called John and asked if he could help. I brought the car in and the problem was diagnosed as a broken clip and with parts and labor the charge was $200. I very much doubt that I would have been given this price at the dealership. The customer service at Classic German Motors was friendly and caring.
