Fair, fast and convenient

Outstanding Shop and Crew
My transmission quickly had severe issues. I took my car to Chandler & Sons. They inspected, yes, transmission was gone/toast. They not only relaxed me, [car stuff happens], they found me a "certified used" transmission at a very good price, also they got me a ride home and back when work was finished. They even offered me a local car rental business that had there "preferred rate"!
I wish my car to never break again, yet?, I do know where to send it if this happens.

Took car in for service + body work
I've been a Chandler customer for about 25 years & have never had a disappointing service experience. I will not take my car to anyone else for minor or major service. Mike makes it an even better experience.

Outstanding Customer Service

Yearly Inspection
I called Chandler & Son for my yearly inspection. They advised me to bring it in within the hour and they could do the inspection that day.

David did the inspection while I waited. I passed the inspection and was back on my way in less than an hour.

Great Experience
Excellent service. Very honest and always open to accommodating customers request. It was pouring and I requested Dave if the car can be dropped off as I live very close to the shop. Dave obliged and I greatly appreciate the flexibility and going the distance to satisfy customer needs.
