If Cesar can’t fix it, he will lie and tell you it don’t need fixing.
I have a Hyundai Accent 2016. I called Cesar to have him replace both my oxygen sensors. He replaced one and told me the other one did not need replacing. He charged me $100 to replace one oxygen sensor. He turned off my engine light which came back on two hours later. The reason why my engine light came back is because the other oxygen sensor DID need replacing, he just had a hard time trying to get it out so he gave up and just said it was fine. He kept ignoring all my calls. They all went to voicemail when he normally answers on the second ring.
