convertible top stuck half open half closed
Driving around with top down attempted to put top up would not come completely down or up. Near the shop so I made it in and let Arturo, and their professional staff take care of the problem. So happy they are nearby and solve all my problems with my BMW.

Have To Be Honest
Took my 2012 Mercedes/Benz E350 in to European Auto Clinic for what was first thought to be a right wheel speed sensor. They ordered used, which was fine, and installed when it got here a week later. After install it was determined that was not the problem. So when I left I still had the exact same problem I had when I first walked in the door. What made this sting even more was the $1800 I was charged. Come out with the exact same problem I went in with plus a bill of $1800. Now how do you think I'm rating them??

I sat and waited in the office. It’s small but had air conditioning on a hot day. The front desk person? Arturo was helpful and knowledgeable to everyone. You can tell that they have many long standing customers. Price was reasonable and the work was done in an acceptable amount of time.

Routine check up
This is my first visit to European Auto Clinic.I found them to be very professional and prompt. They performed the services that I requested and pointed out something that I had not mentioned but knew may need to be addressed. Their prices were fair and they had the car ready early. Overall I'm very happy with the service and will take our car there next time we need service.
