Amazing Service
Central Automotive was highly recommended to me and I now know why. Impeccably clean and bright, the garage looks nothing like a garage, and the explanation of what my car’s problem was easily understood by the likes of me.
Impeccably clean was impressed that I received a text when my car was ready. Prices are reasonable. Sounds too good to be true, but it’s true.

Very cheap and thorough, told me everything wrong w my car didn't try and make me get services I didn't need. ( Prices for other services were high in my opinion but with this economy it's expected so they can pay their employees a good wage)

Watch out for surprise diagnostic fee
Went to Central Auto for the first time. They slapped a $130+ diagnostic fee on me by surprise. They were not transparent about it upfront: they made no mention of it on the phone or when I initially dropped the car off. I've been to lots of mechanics over the years, but I've never been blindsided by a diagnostic fee like I was at Central Auto. I understand diagnostic fees are not uncommon; I've had them before. But if you charge for diagnosis, you better be transparent.

I'm just gonna go to Dave's, who has never charged me a diagnostic fee even if I didn't ultimately get the repairs.
