Very customer oriented
I appreciated how patient Crystal was with answering all of my questions and explaining my options. I felt like a valued customer with how quickly they tried to see our car to help with our circumstances. The staff I interacted with at the counter during pick up was polite and nice to speak with. Cascade auto has gained a trusting customer from our household for sure.

Quick and efficient, fair price and honest work!
I was quoted over $2k in repairs at another shop for a laundry list of supposed issues, including exhaust system cleanout, new fuses, bad battery etc. Cascade auto is no nonsense and walked me through the truly necessary repairs during their inspection.

Their work is honest and skilled, revealing that I only needed 2 parts for my car and saved me a ton of money. I drove off the lot with peace of mind. I am extremely thankful to find a place that won't take advantage of you if you don't have the knowledge to outright contest the added "extras" that some shops will charge you for in order to increase revenue.
Finding out it's a family business was just the cherry on top! This place will keep my business đź‘Ť

Helped me out of a pinch
I was on by the way to pick my grandson up from school and realized I had a flat tire. I was in Cascade Automotives area luckily because they are my go to for maintenance. They were able to squeeze me in to get my tire fixed and on my way to pick my grandson up. I so appreciate them. They are super knowledgeable, accommodating and their waiting room is clean and friendly.

Honest service
Brought our new to us car in for a squeek…. Turns out the spare was low on air and that’s what was causing the squeak. I appreciate their honesty as we had prepared our self for a much larger repair.
