Very customer oriented
I appreciated how patient Crystal was with answering all of my questions and explaining my options. I felt like a valued customer with how quickly they tried to see our car to help with our circumstances. The staff I interacted with at the counter during pick up was polite and nice to speak with. Quick and efficient, fair price and honest work!
I was quoted over $2k in repairs at another shop for a laundry list of supposed issues, including exhaust system cleanout, new fuses, bad battery etc. Cascade auto is no nonsense and walked me through the truly necessary repairs during their inspection.

Their work is honest and skilled, revealing that I only needed 2 parts for my car and saved me a ton of money. I drove off the lot with peace of mind. I am extremely thankful to find a place that won't take advantage of you if you don't have the knowledge to outright contest the added "extras" that some shops will charge you for in order to increase revenue.
Finding out it's a family business was just the cherry on top! This place will keep my business 👍
