When you requested to add an additional service we do charge for that service. The service writer should have mentioned an increase in the cost. I asked if they do tire rotations too, was told yes. We left thinking it was part of the oil change price.
Went to pay afterwards only to find out tire rotations was an extra price and the labor costs increased. She should have explained up front before we dropped the car off.
Price was more than the dealership and the dealership vacuums the car.
Pricing should be up front.
