They don’t communicate. I get people are busy but it only takes 5 mins to make a phone call or leave a voicemail. Sol is the redeeming factor for this shop.

Poor/ No communication throughout the repair process. Repair took twice as long as they told me it would. Repair looks good though.

Knows about fixing damage on Subaru’s. Workers do an outstanding job.
