Unbelievable Service
New to the area and have been in search for a new mechanic/service shop. After meeting the owner Dave he introduced me to his service manager Mark and within minutes, everyone jumped to help me.
The day I was scheduled to come in for service, my truck started to malfunction. Once again, everyone jumped into action to help.
I have never known had an auto shop car so much about their customer service and attention to detail. They saved me on that day and took care of everything plus more.
I am so thankful to the entire staff at Cape Auto. My entire family and I will be customers for life.

Many Issues
Amazing honesty and incredible workmanship. While changing spark plugs they found a mice infestation upon taking off the engine cover. This was beyond the scope of work and they mitigated the situation which didn't cause any further damages or charges. This could have been devasting but they treated my vehicle as if it were their own!! Truly grateful for their knowledge and honesty.
Further they replaced front brakes/rotors, battery, oil and tire rotation. I don't even question the invoice as I know their reputation is impeccable!! Great reason to have the vehicle serviced which was our 2019 Toyota Highlander with 125k miles!!

The vehicle was completed in a very timely manner appt.was 0800 was called by 0930 that it was ready to go. Completed services and state inspection and final cost was just $116. Services people were helpful and very friendly

Routine Maintenance on my 2017 Lexus NT 200
Cape Auto is the best! I have had my Lexus serviced here since I moved to Plymouth 6 yrs ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Oil Change plus
Online booking for my oil change was fast and easy. I also took advantage of the overnight drop off. Besides a standard oil change they also do a quick inspection and noticed a couple lights out and replaced them. I've been going to Cape forever and have total trust in them and don't worry about being taken advantage of like you hear at other service centers. Since my annual inspection was coming up they suggested I should take my car to a muffler expert to save money on some repairs needed....instead of doing it themselves.
