Quick honest service
I have been taking my vehicles to the this establishment for many years. For small issues and more difficult stinky messes. Mike is always up front with what he can and can't do. I think he is always fair in his cost if repairs and always has the work done in a timely manner. Julia in the front with her bright welcoming smile is always terrific in getting me scheduled for work and is on the ball returning calls if anything changes
Brians transmission is my 1st call whenever I have a concern and the guys are more than willing to take a look at an odd noise or smell even if its nothing at all! I appreciate these guys and will continue to give them my business.

Brian’s Transmission is the BEST!
Brian’s Transmission repair is thee best auto repair shop I’ve ever seen in my life!!! They are the most professional, customer oriented, and subject matter experts vehicle repair business I’ve ever experienced! They are very quick getting me back on the road, super competitively priced , and warranty all the work too! And I know this from experience with prior repairs on my old 98 C1500 Silverado, once they fix the issue, it never breaks again!! I highly recommend Brian’s Transmission to anyone & everyone if they want the best quality work done on their vehicle!!!

Clutch replacement
Excellent service. Had clutch/flywheel replacement on my manual Chevy Cruze. They found a few more things that needed attention that they provided detailed quotes for over text including photos as appropriate. Another shop told me a light on my dash meant I needed a new wheel bearing and Brian’s told me it was fine and it was just a stored code they were able to clear for no extra charge. They found a broken/wore out part as they were finishing up and ordered the part from out of state and had it done the next business day and only charged me for the part. I’d be comfortable bringing my car again or referring a friend.

Warranty repair
Had a new alternator installed and two months later it went bad. Took it back and had it back the next day by supper time. Total warranty absolutely no charge. Thanks to Office Manager Julia and owner Mike for taking care of this promptly.

Julia and Alissa took great care and were very diligent in diagnosing the issue.

Transmission fluid change

Great experience
I took my Jeep Rubicon in that needed some major repairs. Mike was great going over and explaining my options and giving his recommendations. This was a major repair so I knew this was going to take some time to fix but Julie at the front desk did an amazing job communication with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend and will go back the next time I need any auto repairs.
