Daniel said the experience was good and the work was good, his only concern was the price difference between what they wanted to charge and what the insurance provider wanted to pay. There was a lot of negotiation to try to reach a reasonable price and in the end they figured it out, but it seemed a little unnecessary.

Blake said spoke to Bob. When they replaced the hood the headlight stripe appears to be loose, the one that was not replaced was locked in tight. Also noticed, not sure if it was there before or not, there was a ding in driver side door, cannot tell from the photos that the mechanic took and Bob is seeing if someone can pull out that ding. He said need to coordinate to get the ding fixed and look at the loose daytime light stripe due to availability.

Brian said he's been going there for years and he's always treated good. He's dealt with Brian quite a bit there. There was a delay with his vehicle because they found more things after the fact and it was delayed by twelve days but he doesn't have any complaints with that. He always recommends them.
