The staff was willing to listen to my layman explanation of my problem and they diagnosed it before I even took my car to the shop. So when I picked up. A screw in my tire last week. I didn't even hesitate to call them first. They got me right in. Good service fair price.
I will always take my vehicle to Bob's. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I never worry about their service as I never had any issues with what they fixed.
