2012 Expedition pre-trip check
We've been taking vehicles to Bob's Auto since we moved to the Rapid City area in 2015. They do good work and are trustworthy, not rip-off artists like some other auto repair outfits. Their honesty and getting repairs done efficiently and in a timely manner speaks volumes for their service. Also, if NAPA says they're good guys, they're good guys. I'd recommend them to anyone.

It was good and friendly.
I had an appointment for an oil and filter change. I was given an early appointment so I was able to sit and wait for my car to be done. Didn’t have to wait too long till it was done. I trust these people and they know me by name. I will use them again.

Driveline replacement
We were feeling a vibration in our 2018 Nissan, and so I made an appointment at Bob’s Auto on the 13th of May, and they said that the U joints were bad on the driveline and had to replace it. They ordered the part on the 13th from Nissan and the part came in on the 15th, and got it done in 2 days.

Over our expectations
Had some cancelation and got mr car in 5 days early. Even gave me a ride to and from their shop.
CJ and Steve were very knowledgeable straight up and honest. Didn't try to do things that didn't need done.
I would highly recommend to anyone needing fair and honest car needs!
