I made an oil change appointment 3 months in advance. Called to verify the time and found I made a date error. They were outstanding and were able to fit my car in. With a smile on their face. The employees were wonderful. Thank You again for great service

Should Be Illegal
Giving a business a‘good faith’ deposit and months go by and the promised product is still not available to the customer! And when that customer (me) asks for that deposit to be refunded to her credit card- she is treated in a nasty, very unprofessional manner! It should be illegal to keep someone’s money when the deposit was made November 2022 - and the vehicle is STILL INTRANSIT until sometime in March (the last time I checked the Vin#) . This delivery date has been pushed further into 2023 6 times now! And I strongly feel that it will just continue to be DELAYED!! Just how long should a person wait? Keeping a deposit should be IILEGAL! It’s right up there with JUNK FEES. Bill Dodge in Brunswick needs to STOP requiring deposits on vehicle’s if they cannot deliver the vehicle to the customer in a reasonable amount of time PERIOD!

Over Promise Under Deliver
Took my $500 deposit November 2022 for a Venue Limited that they Did Not have on their lot - but promised to have the one that I wanted in a timely fashion. Sent me a follow up email stating that the vehicle would be available to me mid January 2023. The December 2022 allocation sheet did not show this Venue being delivered to Bill Dodge in Brunswick. In January I had a meeting with my salesperson who explained that they had ‘found’ a Venue that was In Transit to Somersworth Hyundai In N.H. They were trying to ‘work out a swap’ in regards to the Venue that I wanted with another vehicle at Bill Dodge in Brunswick, Maine. I was given the Venue Vin# making it easy for me to track the progress of the In Transit ETA. First the date was February 7, 2023. Then it got pushed back to February 17. Next it was the 24th. And the last time I checked it was the 25th! Delay Delay Delay!!!
I have tried to get my deposit back TWICE as I have lost time and patience in the entire debacle of them making promises and not delivering! Now they have become Nasty and Unprofessional and are refusing to credit my $500 back to my credit card. Beware of their Deposit scheme!

Went to Bill Dodge in Brunswick looking for a Venue Limited in color denim. They did not have one on their lot at the time. But, said that they get Allocation sheets periodically- and that they would more than likely have that vehicle in a timely manner. This was November 2022. They also ‘required’ that I give them a deposit. $500 is the minimum. Weeks went by and no Venue. Then I received an email from the salesperson telling me that it would be mine in mid January! That did not happen. So in my frustration, I checked with another dealership- and they had the Venue coming in For Sure January 25th. In the meantime, Bill Dodge contacted me to say that this vehicle was In Transit and due to arrive at a dealership in New Hampshire on February 9th - and that they could have it sent to Maine after being processed in N.H. They gave me the Vin# of the vehicle. Well needless to say the delivery date (ETA) has been delayed. February 9 to the 17th - and the latest ETA is February 25th! I assume that the delivery date will continue to get pushed back later- delayed even more. DEPOSIT cashed by Bill Dodge November 2022. I have asked for my deposit to be credited back onto my CC twice- as I am purchasing the Venue that is available to me NOW. They refuse to issue a refund and have been extremely nasty on the phone- very unprofessional. They could not deliver the vehicle to me in a timely manner. And they have lost NOTHING by my not purchasing their vehicle . They promised me a vehicle by mid January and did not come through!! DO NOT put a deposit on a vehicle on a vehicle at Bill Dodge UNLESS it’s currently on their lot! $500 is lost to me and they evidently do not care about integrity or their business reputation…

Forget about you
Once you purchase a car they don't care about you. There's no vehicle to bring you back home or to pick you up. If they do offer to pick up up they forget! Also, they charged me $18.50 for inspection when it was supposed to be free! My car is only two years old. I will go elsewhere for now on.
