H.Williams in Sales and Ashley in Finance
We just purchased a 2015 F-150. Hank Williams was our salesperson and he was fantastic. He spent time talking to us to figure out which used vehicle was best for what we were looking for and worked with us to make sure we were happy with our choice. Once the decision was made Hank made sure the process was painless then turned us over to Ashley in finance where she made sure the paperwork was completed in a timely manner with a fantastic attitude. It was a pleasure doing business with Berkeley Ford and I highly recommend Hank and Ashley.

Horrible Owner
I purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago. Last week I noticed my rear tires were dry rotted, cracking and 7-9 years old the owner only agreed 50/50 to replace those tires. Then this week I had to take it back in for the brakes which are metal on metal and to their response the brakes are fine to drive like that for 2 weeks till I can pay 50/50. So I go to the dealership and the owner refused to talk to me, he sent his general manager who may I add is just an a$$ and they agreed to fix my brakes tomorrow and I bring $100 in on payday. It is not my first rodeo with used cars so I know for a fact you should not have to replace the rear tires nor the brakes within 3 weeks of getting it.

We just purchased a 2022 car from them, they were very honest and customer service was excellent, they were very friendly and we got the best deal ever.

Exorbitant Market Adjustments
Dealership is tacking on $5,000 to $8,000 market adjustment to customs who pre-ordered their vehicles via Ford's website. Actually asking customers who complain why they should be treated any different than others who are will to pay the exorbitant market adjustments. If they screw you on your custom order, they'll probably screw you on parts and service as well. Steer clear of Berkeley Ford. There are other reputable Ford dealers in the SC area.

They will lie to get you. Liar liar. Sal Rigoroso
Drove 4 hours to buy a mustang with 3980 miles. Advertised as having new tires, brakes and showroom condition. I personally asked Sal to double check what’s advertised. He said yes brand new tires and car is definitely in show room condition. Liar. Liar. Tires were bad with a chunk missing out of 1. You could feel and hear the tires and they offered a $300 credit for me to get new tires. Car ran like crap and now I can see what it sat on their lot for over 6 months. The rental I had drove better than a 2019 mustang.
They will lie just to get you in the door. They try to switch you.
Save yourself the hassle go somewhere else. Bunch of liars.

Dishonest car dealer
I bought a used 2017 Toyota Tundra. They over charged me $1675.00 for features that did not exist on the truck. They paid me $500 for their mistake and was unwilling to reimburse the remainder. They are dishonest and unfair. I do not recommend working with this dealer or the sales person Duffy skinner.
