I wish all companies were like this one
They repaired my air conditioning in the time they said and within the cost that was quoted. The owners son was very cordial and took pride in their company. The phone was answered each time I called. Very impressive.

Highly recommend, Victor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. These guys know exactly what they need to do to get you back on the road.

They have their opinions on what you could continue to fix/upgrade but they always will tell you straight up what you need to fix to get back on the road. Very glad I chose to come here when my engine mounts broke and my oil pan was leaking. Very fast service and turn around time!

The work didn't fix the intial complaint about vehicle.
Brought the vehicle to them complaining of louder than normal exhaust noise. They replaced the exhaust manifolds which had minor cracks but left the three major exhaust leaks in the exhaust pipe itself. Brought them my girlfriends car complaining of a rattle probably from the exhaust system. They found a bent cross member replaced it but didn't fix the rattle in the exhaust system. They did notice the rattle just prior to giving it back but at that point they had the vehicle for over a week and it was needed back. The prices were normal for established garages and the repairs done were completed well. I won't be returning just because I need my complaints addressed and not left dangling while fixing other things.

Summerville auto always provided excellent customer service. Victor was always very understanding of the situation I was in. Victor also always answered my question to the best of his knowledge and if he didn’t know an answer he asked.

Great service & pricing
So appreciative of the service I received from Summerville Auto Center. They fixed my AC quickly, and also checked over the whole vehicle for me. They were friendly & professional, had a fast turnaround time, and the price was lower than any of the estimates I received from the franchise places. I clearly have zero car knowledge, but they didn't talk down to me & they were very honest. I'll be taking my car here from now on, and I'm definitely recommending them to all of my friends!

Quick, precise and accurate analysis and solution
This was my first time dealing with SAC team. It was the most polite and friendly experience I have had in the city by far. The waiting lounge was clean and comfortable. Victor was great on phone and understanding when I was running late and their technicians did great job on my vehicle. I highly recommended this workshop.
